Set up on South Tacoma Way near the center of Pierce County, Three Generations Moving & Hauling holds a Washington carrier permit and full coverage, and its story stretches back further than nearly any competitor in the area. The whole thing began with Earl Hagen in 1971. With a single truck and a hand cart, he carried furniture and emptied garages across the South End, back in the days when much of this part of town was still mill housing. Through the eighties and nineties his son Dale built that hauling trade into a complete moving operation, bringing on crews, padded vans, and a storage building. You will find our Washington intrastate permit listed as WUTC, and our federal authority as and, all of it backed by cargo coverage worth a million dollars. Those numbers are not framed for show. They tie the Hagen name to your belongings in writing. Each truck reports its position by GPS, anything leaving Washington gets a binding written quote, and a local job either runs hourly starting at $140 for a two-mover team or, once we have walked through it, settles into a single written flat figure. The choice is yours. Should a claim ever arise, a Washington-licensed carrier sees it through within nine months, and you will never reach a recording.

Because we have operated here since 1971, the South Sound reads to us like the street where you were raised.
