These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the ground rules for visiting the Three Generations Moving & Hauling website and using anything found here. As a licensed and insured mover headquartered at 5401 S Tacoma Way in Tacoma, Washington, the Hagen family business asks that everyone who reads these pages or submits a quote request agrees to the conditions spelled out underneath.
Pricing and estimates
Treat every dollar amount, range, or rough figure on this website, or mentioned in a phone call, as planning guidance only. None of it counts as a binding offer, and none of it sets your final cost. That happens at exactly one moment: when our office hands you a written quote after reviewing the particulars of your job, the inventory, the access on both ends, the dates, and anything else that matters. For a move crossing state lines, the binding written quote is what counts. Should the actual job prove larger than what you first told us, the closing total can land anywhere inside the range the quote permits.
Booking and your move
A date becomes yours only after we confirm availability and process any required deposit. Everything specific to your relocation, what the price covers, the timing, payment, deposit, and cancellation handling, gets recorded on your written quote plus the moving paperwork our office issues. Read together with these Terms, those documents form the contract that binds both sides. Wherever the paperwork and this website say different things, the paperwork controls.
Site accuracy and acceptable use
While we work to keep this website correct and reasonably current, we make no promise that it is complete, error-free, or always up to date, and any of it may change at any moment without warning. Rely on it accordingly. Do not abuse the site, attempt to compromise it, or use it for any purpose that breaks the law. The text, logos, images, and other material throughout these pages are the property of Three Generations Moving & Hauling, and reproducing or reusing them requires our written consent.
The limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, the company accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages connected to your reliance on this website or on the general information it provides. Whatever responsibility attaches to a relocation you actually hire us for is set by your signed moving contract, the cargo protection we maintain, and the applicable Washington and federal regulations, not by anything posted here.
Governing law
The laws of Washington State govern these Terms, putting conflict-of-law principles aside. Any dispute connected to this website or to this agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
